How to choose leather colors?
Each product has all available colors in the gallery. The main difference is between texured and glossy leathers. Keep in mind, that due to screen differences and lighting, the real color may differ a little bit.
How can I add an engraving to my product?
There is a text box on every product page, where you can write exactly what you wish for.
How fast will I receive the order?
Usually it takes about 2-5 for me to fulfill the order + 1-2 days for shipping (in Estonia). If it will take longer than listed, I will be sure to let you know.
Why are products somewhat expensive?
The price doesn't include just the material and time. It also includes packaging, design, taxes, tools, profit, advertisement etc.
Can I return the products?
If you have requested a personalized product (engraved initials) then I am not obligated to accept the return, unless there is someting wrong with it. In other cases, there is a 14-day return period.
Do these products need special care?
No, it is enough to just use and carry them. If they have not been used for a long time, they may dry out a little, but it is easily fixable with a little balm/wax.
